Obtaining the investor permit

Pre- Requisites

TO BE THE HOLDER OF AN INVESTOR PERMIT, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Make an initial transfer of USD 50,000 and achieve an annual turnover of at least Rs 4 million (approximately EUR 85,000) from the 3rd year of activity.
If you plan to bring in high-tech equipment as part of the required $50,000 investment, you will need to transfer a minimum of $25,000 in cash and the balance of $25,000 in high-tech equipment.
If you intend to carry out research and development (R&D) projects in highly innovative sectors, you can apply for an Innovative Occupation Permit.
This permit also allows you to submit applications for a Residence Permit for your spouse and children, for a duration equivalent to that of your Investor Permit.
